The invention discloses a mullion connecting structure which comprises a first mullion and a second mullion, the first end of the second mullion is in butt joint with the first side wall of the first mullion, the first side wall comprises a limiting rib, the limiting rib is a convex rib, a part of the limiting rib is cut to form a concave butt joint part, and the first end is matched with the butt joint part in an inserted mode. The first end is clamped and limited by the limiting rib when being inserted into the butt joint part, and the contact surfaces of the first end and the butt joint part are planes; and the section glue is coated on the exposed contact edges of the first mullion and the second mullion. According to the mullion connecting structure, partial area of the limiting rib on the first mullion is cut, so that the second mullion can be clamped into the butt joint part on the first mullion and is limited by the limiting rib, meanwhile, the possibility of generating a gap is reduced through plane contact between the first end and the butt joint part, and the exposed contact edge is sealed by means of section glue; by changing the connecting structure, the hidden danger of leakage at the connecting part of the mullion is thoroughly solved, the door and window quality is improved, and the cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种中梃连接结构,包括第一中梃和第二中梃,第二中梃的第一端对接第一中梃的第一侧壁,第一侧壁包括限位筋,限位筋为凸筋,且限位筋部分区域切削形成凹陷的对接部,第一端与对接部插接配合,且在插入对接部时被限位筋卡接限位,第一端与对接部的接触面均为平面;断面胶,涂设于第一中梃与第二中梃外露的接触边缘。本发明提供的中梃连接结构,通过对第一中梃上的限位筋的部分区域进行切削,以使得第二中梃能够卡入第一中梃上的对接部并被限位筋限位,同时通过第一端与对接部的平面接触减小缝隙的产生可能,并借助断面胶封闭外露接触边缘,通过改变连接结构,以彻底解决中梃连接部位的渗漏隐患,提升门窗质量并降低成本。
