Powdery material metering and spreading device
The invention discloses a powdery material metering and spreading device. The device comprises a metering assembly arranged between a material conveying mechanism and a spreading assembly. The metering assembly comprises a metering shell and a valve plate; the upper end of the metering shell is communicated with a discharge port of the conveying mechanism, and the lower end of the metering shell is located above the spreading assembly; the valve plate is arranged in the metering shell, a powder throttling channel is formed between the valve plate and the metering shell by rotating the valve plate, and therefore the flow of powder falling into the spreading assembly is controlled. By the adoption of the device, spreading is not affected by the spreading assembly any more, the accuracy and uniformity of the spreading amount are greatly improved, and then the quality of pavement construction is improved.
