The invention discloses a processing technology of a hinge shaft in an iron door hinge. The processing technology is characterized by comprising the following steps that cutting is carried out, wherein a round steel material is straightened and is conveyed into a corresponding device and cut into a blank with a required size; first section shaping is carried out, wherein the blank is conveyed intoa first section shaping mold and extruded, so that the shape of the blank is extruded into the shape of the hinge shaft; stretching and guiding are carried out, wherein the blank is conveyed into a stretching and guiding mold, center axial extrusion is carried out on the blank so that a center hole can be obtained through extrusion in the center of the blank, meanwhile the extruded portion material of the center overflows in the radial direction, and the axial size and the radial size of the blank are increased; second section shaping is carried out, wherein the blank is conveyed into a second section shaping mold and extruded, and the shape of the blank is finished; stretching is carried out, wherein the blank is extruded, and the axial size and the radial size of the blank are further increased; and third section shaping is carried out, wherein the blank is conveyed into a third section shaping mold and is shaped, and processing is completed. By the adoption of the processing technology, the consumable and the production cost are reduced.
