The invention discloses an epoxy floor base coat compound and a construction process thereof. The epoxy floor base coat compound comprises a component A mainly composed of epoxy resin, a curing agentcomponent B, a component C and a component D; the component C is composed of, in parts by weight, 30 parts of calcium oxide powder, 50 parts of water, 15 parts of pottery sand with the particle size of 1-2 mm, and 5 parts of super absorbent resin particles, wherein the particle size of the super absorbent resin particles is 0.1-0.3 mm in a non-absorbent state, and the particle size of the super absorbent resin particles is 3-5 mm after the super absorbent resin particles absorb water; the component D comprises the components in parts by weight: 35 parts of limestone powder with the particle size of 0.03-0.075 mm, and 65 parts of saturated carbonated water. The adhesive force between the compound and the bottom surface is stronger, and the durability is better.
