Subway turnout switch
The invention provides a subway turnout switch. The subway turnout switch comprises a stock rail and a switch rail, the switch rail is arranged on the inner side of the stock rail, the stock rail comprises a straight stock rail and a curved stock rail, the switch rail comprises a curved switch rail and a linear switch rail, the straight stock rail and the curved switch rail are on the same side, and the curved stock rail and the linear switch rail are on the same side; the curved switch rail comprises a curved switch rail straight line section and a guide curve, the curved switch rail straightline section is connected to the guide curve, the curved switch rail straight line section and the guide curve are integral, the curved switch rail straight line section is linear, and the guide curve is arc-shaped; the straight stock rail head is sliced by 4-6mm, the thickness of the curved switch rail straight line section is increased by 4-6mm, and a wheel rail contact position is 16mm below ahighest point of the straight stock rail head. The curved switch rail of the switch adopts a straight-curve combined line type, and the length of the switch rail straight line section is prolonged asmuch as possible within the size of a turnout line type frame, so that the impact force and transverse force of a switch rail tip are reduced, and weak sections are protected; and the width of a curved switch rail head is increased, so that the thickness of the curved switch rail is improved, the wear resistance is improved and the service life is prolonged.
本发明提供了一种地铁道岔转辙器,包括基本轨和尖轨,尖轨设置于基本轨内侧;基本轨包括直基本轨和曲基本轨,尖轨包括曲线尖轨和直线尖轨,直基本轨和曲线尖轨同侧,曲基本轨和直线尖轨同侧;曲线尖轨包括曲尖轨直线段和导曲线,曲尖轨直线段和导曲线连接,曲尖轨直线段和导曲线为整体式,曲尖轨直线段为直线型,导曲线为圆弧型;刨切直基本轨头4~6mm,增加曲尖轨直线段轨头厚度4~6mm,轮轨接触位置为直基本轨头最高点向下16mm。本转辙器其曲尖轨采用直曲组合线型,在道岔线型框架尺寸内,尽可能的延长尖轨直线段长度,有利于减小尖轨尖端的冲击力和横向力,保护薄弱断面;增大曲尖轨轨头宽度,从而提高曲尖轨的粗壮度,提高耐磨性,延长使用寿命。
