The invention discloses a steel rail laying guide device for a railway track, and relates to the technical field of steel rail laying. The device comprises a base, guide mechanisms are installed on two sides of the top of the base, each guide mechanism comprises a guide support, annular baffles, a guide slot, a first groove, first guide wheels, second grooves and second guide wheels, the guide support is connected to one side at the top of the base through bolts, and the guide slot is formed at the top of the guide support. According to the invention, two groups of guide mechanisms are symmetrically arranged, two groups of steel rails can be laid at the same time, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the two groups of guide mechanisms are symmetrically arranged and have a certain auxiliary effect on the relative positions of the two groups of laid steel rails; and the first pulleys and the second pulleys arranged in the guide mechanisms can change sliding friction generatedwhen the steel rails make contact with the guide mechanisms into rolling friction, therefore the steel rails become faster and more flexible in the guide process.
