REMOTE RAIL TRACK LAYING DEVICE AND REMOTE RAIL TRACK LAYING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which stable work cannot be executed since a manipulator with high strength is required and the whole work device becomes large in a case where a rail track to be laid has relatively large weight, and in which the rail laying work cannot be executed smoothly since a space required for the operation of the manipulator cannot be secured in a case where a space around the place where the rail is installed is limited, in a place where it is difficult to enter such as a high radiation dose environment in a nuclear power plant.SOLUTION: A remote rail track laying device comprises a rail track component installation vehicle 3 which is installed at the tip of a laid rail track 2 and a rail track component transportation vehicle 4 which travels on the laid rail track and transports a new rail track component 5. The rail track component installation vehicle comprises: a rail track component holding member 19 which holds the rail track component transferred from the rail track component transportation vehicle; a horizontal movement mechanism 16 which is provided on the upper part of the rail track component holding member and horizontally moves the rail track component; and a vertical movement mechanism 30 which is provided on the inner surface of the rail track component holding member and vertically moves the rail track component.
【課題】原子力発電所内の高放射線線量環境等の立ち入りが困難な場所において、敷設する軌道が比較的大重量の場合、マニピュレータも高強度のものが必要となり、作業装置全体として大きなものとなってしまい、安定な作業を実施できない問題があり、さらに、レールを設置する周囲の空間が限られている場合、マニピュレータの動作に必要な空間を確保できず、レールの敷設作業を円滑に実施できないという問題があった。【解決手段】敷設済み軌道2の先端に設置された軌道部品設置車3と、前記敷設済み軌道を走行し新設の軌道部品5を搬送する軌道部品搬送車4とを備えた遠隔軌道敷設装置において、前記軌道部品設置車は、前記軌道部品搬送車から移載された前記軌道部品を保持する軌道部品保持部材19と、該軌道部品保持部材の上部に設けられ、前記軌道部品を水平に移動させる水平移動機構16と、該軌道部品保持部材の内側面に設けられ、前記軌道部品を上下に移動させる上下移動機構30とを有する。【選択図】図1
