Prefabricated beam structure, fabricated temporary bridge and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated beam structure, a fabricated temporary bridge and a mounting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of bridge engineering. The prefabricated beam structure comprises a reinforced concrete bridge deck and at least two profile steel main beams, at least one side of the reinforced concrete bridge deck is provided with a butt joint part. Embedded steel plates are arranged on two opposite side walls of the butt joint part, the embedded steel plates are connected to steel bars in the reinforced concrete bridge deck, step grooves are formed betweenthe side faces of the reinforced concrete bridge deck and the embedded steel plates, and the reinforced concrete bridge deck is provided with first mounting holes penetrating through the embedded steel plates and the butt joint part. The upper wing of each profile steel main beam is connected to the lower surface of the reinforced concrete bridge deck to form a steel-concrete composite beam, the upper wing of each profile steel main beam is connected to at least one shear connector, and each shear connector is buried in the reinforced concrete bridge deck. The fabricated temporary bridge provided by the invention is simple in structure, the problems that a conventional temporary bridge is high in manufacturing cost, poor in comfort, large in noise, troublesome in installation and the likeare solved, driving safety is improved, and later maintenance cost is reduced.
一种预制梁结构、装配式便桥及其安装方法,涉及桥梁工程技术领域。预制梁结构包括钢筋混凝土桥面板以及至少两个型钢主梁,钢筋混凝土桥面板至少一侧具有对接部,对接部相对的两侧壁具有预埋钢板,预埋钢板与钢筋混凝土桥面板中的钢筋连接,钢筋混凝土桥面板的侧面与预埋钢板之间形成台阶槽,钢筋混凝土桥面板设有贯穿预埋钢板及对接部的第一安装孔。每个型钢主梁的上翼与钢筋混凝土桥面板的下表面连接形成钢‑混凝土组合梁,每个型钢主梁的上翼连接有至少一个剪力连接件,每个剪力连接件埋设于钢筋混凝土桥面板内;其结构简单,且改善常规钢便桥造价高、舒适性差、噪音大、安装麻烦等问题,还改善了行车的安全性,减少后期检修成本。
