The invention relates to an anti-collision device for a viaduct pier. The device comprises a road body, a pier, lifting holes, rotating wheels, connecting rods, a connecting plate, driving wheels, driven wheels, clamping grooves, a first piston rod, a reducing U-shaped pipe, a second piston rod, a pressing block, springs, clamping blocks and a sealing ring. According to the anti-collision device for a viaduct pier, the driving wheels and the driven wheels are used cooperatively, when a vehicle is out of control and dashes against the pier, the vehicle firstly presses the pressing block, through a series of transmission of the reducing U-shaped pipe and the like, the connecting plate is lifted upwards, the rotating wheels, the driving wheels and the driven wheels are lifted upwards, the vehicle firstly passes through the areas of the driving wheels and the driven wheels, the vehicle is decelerated through friction of the driven wheels and tires, when the vehicle drives into the rotatingwheel area, the front wheels of the vehicle can rotate on the rotating wheels and cannot move forwards any more, therefore the situation that the vehicle collides with the pier is avoided, economic losses and personal harm caused by collision are effectively avoided, the safety of the pier is improved, and the service life of the pier is prolonged.
