Anti-overturning device and method for single-pier viaduct
The invention discloses an anti-overturning device and method for a single-pier viaduct, and relates to the field of viaduct engineering and the field of electromechanical intellectualization. When a bridge floor has an overturning trend, signal values collected by pressure sensors and displacement sensors on the two sides are fed back to a controller, and the controller calls a reinforcement program for control; when the motor driving mode is adopted, the controller controls the motors on the two sides to move respectively, so that the supporting rod is changed into an inclined pulling state from a horizontal state; when hydraulic driving is adopted, the controller controls the servo hydraulic cylinders on the two sides to work, the hydraulic telescopic rods stretch out to form a firm triangular supporting form with the bridge floor and the bridge pier, the effects of reinforcing the bridge floor and preventing overturning are achieved, meanwhile, the controller sends an instruction to a signal lamp to warn vehicles and pedestrians below the bridge floor that passing is forbidden temporarily, and personal safety is guaranteed. When the overturning trend does not exist, the controller controls the motor to reset and the supporting rod to retract to the horizontal state or controls the hydraulic telescopic rod to reset, and it is guaranteed that the space below the bridge floor is maximized to facilitate passing of pedestrians and vehicles.
本发明公开了一种单墩高架桥防倾覆装置及方法,涉及高架桥工程领域以及机电智能化领域,当桥面有倾覆趋势时,两侧压力传感器和位移传感器采集的信号值反馈给控制器,控制器调用加固程序控制;采用电机驱动模式时,控制器控制两侧电机运动分别运动,使得支撑杆由水平状态变为斜拉状态;采用液压驱动时,控制器控制两侧伺服液压缸工作,使液压伸缩杆伸出,与桥面、桥墩形成坚固的三角形支撑形式,达到加固桥面、防止倾覆的作用,同时控制器发出指令给信号灯,警告桥面下方车辆、行人暂时禁止通行,保证人身安全。当没有倾覆趋势时,控制器控制电机复位,支撑杆收回至水平状态,或者控制液压伸缩杆复位,保证桥面下方空间最大化便于行人和车辆通行。
