Stay cable and bridge tower anchoring structure and manufacturing method
The invention discloses a stay cable and bridge tower anchoring structure and a manufacturing method. The anchoring structure comprises anchoring structures symmetrically arranged on two sides in a bridge tower and a plurality of connecting plates connected to the two anchoring structures. Each anchoring structure is divided into a plurality of anchoring segments by adopting inclined sections consistent with stay cables in direction and straight sections consistent with the connecting plates in direction; each anchoring segment comprises two oppositely-arranged anchoring side plates and several pairs of anti-shearing plates which are located between the anchoring side plates and arranged at intervals in the direction of the stay cables, the direction of the anti-shearing plates is parallelto the axial direction of the stay cables, and the stay cables are located between each pair of anti-shearing plates and anchored to an anchor backing plate at the ends of each pair of anti-shearingplates. A special segmentation mode and an optimized anchoring structure are adopted, the requirement for the welding operation space of welding seams is greatly lowered, the vertical spacing of staycable anchoring is reduced, the length of an anchoring area of the stay cables and the bridge tower is reduced, the steel consumption of the stay cable anchoring area is reduced, the stay cable utilization rate can be increased, and the material quantity of the stay cables is reduced.
本发明公开了一种斜拉索与桥塔锚固构造及制造方法,锚固构造包括对称设置在桥塔内两侧的锚固结构和连接两个锚固结构的若干个连接板,每个锚固结构采用与斜拉索方向一致的倾斜段以及与连接板方向一致的平直段划分为若干个锚固节段,每个锚固节段包括两块相对设置的锚固侧板以及位于锚固侧板间且沿斜拉索方向间隔布置的若干对抗剪板,抗剪板的方向和斜拉索的轴向方向平行,斜拉索位于每对抗剪板之间且锚固于每对抗剪板端部的锚垫板上。采用特殊分段方式和优化锚固结构,大幅度降低焊缝施焊操作空间要求,缩小斜拉索锚固的竖向间距,减小斜拉索和桥塔的锚固区长度,减少斜拉索锚固区钢材用量,并能提高斜拉索利用率,减少斜拉索的材料数量。
