Bridge pile foundation elevation structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bridge pile foundation elevation structure. The structure comprises an existing bridge pile foundation, static pressure piles, grouting holes, a newly-poured bearing platformand a stable gravel layer. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following ten steps of: pouring the newly-poured bearing platform, mounting temporary supporting stand columns, pressing in the static pressure piles, connecting the static pressure piles with the newly-poured bearing platform, cutting off bridge pile column type piers, mounting a counter-force supporting frame, mounting hydraulic jacks, elevating the existing bridge pile foundation to a required elevation, injecting slurry, pouring concrete and dismounting the temporary supporting stand columns. Pile foundations of the pile column type bridge piers can be elevated by a certain distance, so that mutual interference with tunnels or subways is avoided; after the pile foundations are elevated, the peripheral foundations and pile foundation hole sites are reinforced, underground construction obstacles are eliminated while the bridge structure safety isguaranteed, and the elevated structure has high bearing capacity.
本发明公开了一种桥梁桩基础拔高结构,包括既有桥梁桩基础、静压桩、注浆孔、新浇筑承台和稳定碎石层,同时,还公开了其施工方法,包括浇筑新浇筑承台、安装临时支撑立柱、压入静压桩、连接静压桩与新浇筑承台、切断桥梁桩柱式桥墩、安装反力支撑架、安装液压千斤顶,将既有桥梁桩基础拔高至需要的高程、注入浆液、浇筑混凝土、拆除临时支撑立柱10个步骤;能够将桩柱式桥墩的桩基拔高一定距离,从而避开与隧道或地铁的相互干扰;桩基础拔高后,通过对周边地基及桩基孔位进行加固,保证桥梁结构安全的同时消除地下施工障碍,拔高的结构具有较强承载能力。
