The embodiment of the invention discloses a bridge pile foundation structure and a construction method thereof. The bridge pile foundation structure comprises a plurality of pile bodies and a high-pile bearing platform arranged above the multiple pile bodies, each pile body at least comprises a center column body, an outer circumferential ring column connected to the outer side of the upper segment of the center column body in a sleeving mode and a plurality of rolling spheres embedded between the center column body and the outer circumferential ring column, and gaps are formed between the center column bodies and the rolling spheres and the outer circumferential ring columns and the rolling spheres. The construction method comprises the steps that site selection and layout are carried out; pile holes and outer circumferential holes are rotatably extracted; the center column bodies are poured; the outer circumferential ring columns are poured; the high-pile bearing platform is built; and steam curing and forming are carried out. According to the bridge pile foundation structure and the construction method thereof, by adopting a certain construction mode, in the process of being subjected to surf beat, the rolling spheres can buffer, and the resistance effect to the surf beat is improved; and meanwhile, the outer circumferential ring columns are introduced, other wave-resistancestructures and stable structures are not required to be further introduced, and the production cost and the design cost are greatly reduced.
