Under the conditionof strong wind, the rotating wind barrier blade unit module can be automatically started by a certain angle according to the speed of incoming wind; a part of incoming wind passes through gaps among the wind barriers to reduce the windward side area of the intelligent reversible pressure reducing wind barrier device, so that the wind pressure borne by the whole intelligent reversible pressure reducing wind barrier device is reduced, the steel frame support structure is prevented from being damaged, the service life is prolonged, and the investment cost is reduced; furthermore, the damage probability of the intelligent reversible pressure reducing wind barrier device can be reduced, and the service life of the intelligent reversible pressure reducing wind barrier device is prolonged.
