Unmanned ship and clearing method for offshore floating garbage clearing
The invention relates to an unmanned ship for offshore floating garbage clearing. A ship body adopts a catamaran structure; a floating garbage clearing device comprises a barrel body shell and a floating garbage collection basket arranged in the barrel body shell; a miniature plastic garbage clearing system comprises a miniature plastic clearing film and a backwashing clearing device; the backwashing clearing device comprises a water inlet pipe, a drain pipe, a micro particle recovery box and a sewage discharge pipe, wherein a partition board is arranged in the micro particle recovery box to divide a box body into a clean water box and a sewage box; the lower end of the barrel body shell, the water inlet pipe, the drain pipe and the clean water box of the micro particle recovery box are sequentially connected; the miniature plastic clearing film is arranged between the water inlet pipe and the drain pipe, one end of the sewage discharge pipe communicates with the water inlet pipe, andthe other end of the sewage discharge pipe communicates with the sewage box of the micro particle recovery box; and a negative pressure system comprises a two-way pump which is arranged at the joint between the clean water box of the micro particle recovery box and the drain pipe. According to the unmanned ship and a clearing method, the novel miniature plastic garbage clearing system is adopted,and by arranging the efficient clearing film and the backwashing clearing system, miniature plastic garbage can be effectively cleared.
本发明涉及一种针对近海漂浮垃圾清理的无人船,船体采用双体船结构;漂浮垃圾清理装置包括桶体外壳以及安装于其内的漂浮垃圾收集篓;微型塑料垃圾清理系统包括微型塑料清理膜和反冲洗清理装置,反冲洗清理装置包括进水管、排水管、微粒回收箱和排污管;微粒回收箱内设有隔板将箱体分为清水箱和污水箱;桶体外壳下端、进水管、排水管、微粒回收箱的清水箱依次相连;微型塑料清理膜设置于进水管与排水管之间;排污管一端与进水管连通、另一端与微粒回收箱的污水箱连通;负压系统包括设置于微粒回收箱的清水箱与排水管相接处的双向泵。本发明采用新式的微型塑料垃圾清理系统,通过设置高效的清理膜与反冲洗清理系统,可有效清理微型塑料垃圾。
