The sleeve valve pipe karst cave grouting construction method includes the following steps that A, large karst cave grouting is conducted; and B, other area grouting is conducted. The step A includes the steps that a, a through large karst cave is determined; b, grouting hole arrangement is conducted, and drilling work is conducted; c, mud is prepared on the spot; d, a sleeve valve pipe is put down; and e, grouting is conducted. The step B includes the steps that f, a dot-shaped development area, a belt-shaped development area and a face-shaped development area are determined; g, grouting hole arrangement is conducted, and drilling work is conducted; h, the sleeve valve pipe isput down; and i, grouting is conducted. By means of the method, grouting strengthening is firstly conducted on the exploratory large karst cave, then drilling grouting is conducted on the dot-shapeddevelopment area, the belt-shaped development area and the face-shaped development area of other areas in sequence, the step for exploring any karst cave position is omitted, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, the labor work is reduced, resource waste is reduced, and environment friendliness is better achieved.
本发明涉及袖阀管岩溶注浆施工方法,涉及了岩溶注浆施工技术领域,解决了钻孔全程需要鉴别孔类型,步骤较为繁杂,加大了整体的施工工作量的问题,包括以下步骤:A:大溶洞注浆:a:确定串通性大溶洞;b:布置注浆孔,钻孔工作;c:现场制备泥浆;d:下放袖阀管;e:注浆;B:其他区域注浆:f:确认点状发育区、带状发育区、面状发育区;g:布置注浆孔,钻孔工作;h:下放袖阀管;i:注浆。本发明首先将勘探的大溶洞进行注浆加固,再对其他区域的点状发育区、带状发育区、面状发育区依次进行钻孔注浆,减少了对任意溶洞位置均要勘探的步骤,有效提高施工效率,减少人工劳作力,减少资源浪费,更加环保。
