The invention discloses a construction method for sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement of a foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps: drilling to form a hole; lowering an outer pipe into the formed drill hole; a casing material is injected into the drill hole; grouting-stopping and pipe-fixing materials are injected into an annular gap between the outer pipe and the hole wall of the drill hole, and the following steps are executed after the grouting-stopping and pipe-fixing materials are solidified; the double-plug core pipe is sequentially lowered to the multiple pipe sections in the outer pipe, and open-loop grouting is conducted on the multiple pipe sections; at each pipe section, air bags at the two ends of the double-plug core pipe are expanded to form grout stopping plugs to plug the two ends of the corresponding pipe section, then initial grout is injected through the double-plug core pipe until grout stopping and pipe fixing materials on the outer sides of at least one set of grout jetting holes formed in the corresponding pipe section are burst open, then grout for reinforcement is injected through the double-plug core pipe, and the grout stopping and pipe fixing materials on the outer sides of the at least one set of grout jetting holes in the corresponding pipe section are burst open. Slurry for reinforcement is injected into the foundation to be reinforced through at least one set of slurry injection holes formed in the corresponding pipe sections. According to the method, the flexibility and reliability of foundation reinforcement treatment can be improved, and the stratum strength and the self-stabilization capacity can be improved.
