The invention discloses a shore-connecting structure of an underwater cable-stayed type submerged floating tunnel. The shore-connecting structure comprises a pushing side shore-connecting structure and a receiving side shore-connecting structure; the pushing side shore-connecting structure sequentially comprises an underwater shore protection section, a starting section, a portal section retainingwall, a portal section, a waterside wall, a thrust section, a sealing section, a butt joint section, a pushing section, a horizontal transport section and a land-side wall from sea area to upland area, and the pushing side shore-connecting structure further comprises a pushing side water pump house which is transversely distributed with the butt joint section; a pushing device is arranged in thepushing side shore-connecting structure; the receiving side shore-connecting structure sequentially comprises the underwater shore protection section, a receiving section, the portal section retainingwall, the portal section, the waterside wall, a pipe joint stabilizing section, the sealing section, a pipe joint solidification section, a drawing anchorage section and the land-side wall from sea area to upland area, and the receiving side shore-connecting structure comprises a receiving side water pump house which is transversely distributed with the pipe joint solidification section; a pulling cable drawing device is arranged in the drawing anchorage section. The shore-connecting structure is applicable to all bank slope geological conditions and is also suitable for all types of linear submerged floating tunnel structures.
