The invention discloses a pipe joint connection structure of an underwater cable-stayed floating tunnel. The pipe joint connection structure comprises a tunnel body and a pair of shore connection structures. The tunnel body comprises a submerged floating tunnel and land area slope tunnels. The submerged floating tunnel is formed by connecting multiple sections of prefabricated pipe joints and a pair of shore connection section pipe joints. The pipe joints are connected through pipe joint connectors, connector fastening pieces, connector joint sealing materials and connector water stop materials. The pipe joint connectors are socket and spigot connectors. The connector fastening pieces include connector inner fastening pieces and connector outer fastening pieces. The connector joint sealingmaterials include connector gap joint sealing materials and bolt hole joint sealing materials. The connector water stop materials include outer layer water stop rings and inner layer water stop rings. Shore side heads of the pair of shore connection section pipe joints are located in inner cavities of the pair of shore connection structures correspondingly, and the shore side heads and the shoreconnection structures are consolidated by pouring concrete between the outer surfaces of the shore side heads and the inner surfaces of the shore connection structures. The waterside ends of the landarea slope tunnels are connected with the land sides of the shore connection structures. The pipe joint connection structure can meet the requirements of tunnel stress and durability.
