Loading machine fixed variable hydraulic system directly controlled on basis of load signals
The invention relates to the engineering machine hydraulic technology, in particular to a loading machine fixed variable hydraulic system directly controlled on the basis of load signals. A flow control valve block is included and communicates with a variable pump, a flow amplification valve, a multi-way valve, an unloading valve and the variable pump. The flow amplification valve is connected with a steering device, and a piloted constant-pressure valve block is connected with the steering device, a piloted valve and the variable pump. The piloted valve is connected with the multi-way valve,the multi-way valve is connected with a rotating bucket cylinder and a movable arm cylinder, and an outlet of a metering pump is connected with the multi-way valve after being connected with the flowcontrol valve through the unloading valve. The multi-way valve is a load sensitive valve, a signal channel is integrated and directly communicates with a work valve, work signals are collected, and the control logic of the loading machine fixed variable hydraulic system is simple. Through a three-way pressure compensation device, it is guaranteed that the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the multi-way valve is constant, constant-flow output irrelevant to the loads is achieved, the variable pump can achieve displacement changing under all work conditions, the advantages of the variable pump are brought into full play, and the integral structure of the system is relatively simple.
