The invention discloses a water tank for secondary water supply. The water tank comprises a water tank body; a settling cylinder is nested at the lower part of the water tank body, and a water storagecavity is arranged above the settling cylinder; an inner conical cylinder is arranged in the settling cylinder, the side wall of the settling cylinder communicates with a water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe tangentially communicates with the settling cylinder; the lower end of the settling cylinder communicates with a sedimentation cylinder; a filter screen is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner conical cylinder; and the upper end of the inner conical cylinder communicates with a vertical pipe, the upper end of the vertical pipe communicates with a bent pipe, and the lower endof the bent pipe communicates with a spiral pipe. Through the arrangement of the settling cylinder, the inner conical cylinder and the water inlet pipe which tangentially communicates with the settling cylinder, water flow enters the settling cylinder to form rotational flow, particle settling is accelerated, and sediment of impurities in the water storage cavity is reduced; due to the arrangement of the vertical pipe, the bent pipe, the spiral pipe and a water outlet pipe, water in the water storage cavity flows fully, and bacteria breeding is reduced; and due to the arrangement of a brush and a scraper, the filter screen is prevented from being blocked, the sludge cleaning effect is improved, and sludge residue is avoided.
