The invention relates to a secondary water supply and water storage tank which comprises a tank body, an end cover, a cleaning device and a moving device. The end cover is detachably arranged at the upper end of the tank body, the cleaning device is arranged between the end cover and the tank body, a sidewall of the cleaning device is connected with a sidewall of the moving device, the upper end of the tank body is provided with a water inlet, the lower end of the tank body is provided with a water outlet and a sewage draining outlet, the upper end of the end cover is provided with a feeding inlet, and the cleaning device comprises a rotation motor, a rotating shaft, a sidewall cleaning mechanism, a top cleaning mechanism and a bottom cleaning mechanism. According to the secondary water supply and water storage tank, workers can clean the inner wall of the tank body without entering the interior of the water tank, the labor intensity of the workers is effectively reduced, hidden riskscaused by the fact that the workers work in the tank body with poor air circulation are eliminated, the cleaning device is detachably connected with the tank body, and the workers can conveniently andindependently overhaul and maintain the cleaning device.
