The invention discloses a mine water resource pollution monitoring and ecological management method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of layers of drainage pipelines are buried, and water resource monitoring modules are correspondingly arranged and connected at the drainage pipelines; S2, the drainage pipelines are in liquid connection with a sewage disposal device, and a water outlet of the sewage disposal device communicates with a reservoir; S3, a mine slope is trimmed into a plurality of platform areas from top to bottom, the top faces of the platform areas incline by 10-15 degrees towards the direction of the inner side of a mine, baffles are arranged outside the platform areas, and the baffles are provided with spray heads communicating with the reservoir; S4, soil of the platform areas is deeply ploughed, and is doped with fermented decomposed soil with grass seeds and biomass strip bags; S5, transition vegetation hanging devices are arranged at thetop ends of the platform areas; S6, water storage vegetation blocks are arranged at the other ends of anchor rods to form a water storage vegetation block net; and S7, after 10-12 months, shrubs are transplanted to the open space between every two adjacent anchor rods. According to the mine water resource pollution monitoring and ecological management method, water and soil pollution and mine slope landslide are effectively avoided.
