The invention discloses a household decoration tracking robot which comprises a trolley, a dressing and cleaning device, a crack-sealer extruding device and a control system. During the using process,an adhesive tape is pasted to the two sides of a to-be-decorated brick joint, and the infrared ray of an infrared projector is aligned to the brick joint of the to-be-decorated brick to enable the cutting line of a dressing device to be consistent with the infrared ray; the control system controls the trolley, the dressing and cleaning device and the crack-sealer extruding device to work; the control system controls the trolley to move along the brick joint in a tracking manner through a tracking control system; the dressing wheel and the sweeping wheel of the dressing and cleaning device anda dust collector are utilized to dress and clean the brick joint; the crack-sealer extruding device is utilized to extrude a crack-sealer to the brick joint through the pointing nozzle of a bottled crack-sealer; and the household decoration tracking robot carries out mechanical operation of brick pointing decoration to improve decorative pointing efficiency and quality.
