Double-layer thermal insulation formwork
The invention relates to a double-layer thermal insulation formwork which includes a first-layer formwork, a second-layer formwork and thermal insulation layers. The second-layer formwork is parallelto the first-layer formwork, the second-layer formwork is connected to the first-layer formwork through a connector, and a gap exists between the second-layer formwork and the first-layer formwork; the thermal insulation layers are located above the first-layer formwork and the second-layer formwork, and cover the tops of the first-layer formwork and the second-layer formwork correspondingly. Thedouble-layer thermal insulation formwork uses two layers of formworks, the gap is formed between the first-layer formwork and the second-layer formwork, the double-layer formwork is used to form a cavity thermal insulation principle, meanwhile, the thermal insulation layers are covered above the first-layer formwork and the second-layer formwork to block the exchange of air in the first-layer formwork and the second-layer formwork with the outside air, and therefore, the formwork structure can use the self-insulation performance of the formwork to reduce the temperature difference between theinside and outside of large-size concrete during pouring to reduce the self-constrained stress of concrete blocks.
