NOVEL COMPOSITE INSULATION LAYER BUILDING FORMWORK ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a building structure technology field. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel composite insulation layer building formwork assembly which comprises: a prefabricated insulation wall plate, a prefabricated insulation floor plate, and an installation member for assembling and installing the prefabricated insulation wall plate and the prefabricated insulation floor plate. The prefabricated insulation wall plate and the prefabricated insulation floor plate are used as a building formwork assembly when used. Two neighboring prefabricated insulation wall plates on the same side are connected through a first connection member, and, at the same time, two prefabricated insulation wall plates facing the two are connected. A wall placement passage is left between the prefabricated insulation wall plates facing each other. The prefabricated insulation floor plate is assembled and connected with the corresponding prefabricated insulation wall plate through the installation member. Thereby, an integrated structure is formed with the prefabricated insulation wall plate and the prefabricated insulation floor plate. Therefore, there is no need to separate, and the construction time is saved. At the same time, the strength is high, the life is long, and no easy crack or deviation occurs. In addition, the walls' thermal insulation stability is high, and the walls can be lightweight.
본 발명은 건축물 구조 기술 분야에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는, 특히 사전 제작 단열 벽판, 사전 제작 단열 바닥판, 및 사전 제작 단열 벽판과 사전 제작 단열 바닥판을 조립 설치하기 위한 설치부재를 포함하는 신규 복합 단열층 건축물 거푸집 조립체에 관한 것이다. 상기 사전 제작 단열 벽판, 사전 제작 단열 바닥판은 사용 시, 건축물 거푸집 조립체로서 사용되며, 제1 연결부재를 통해 동측의 이웃한 2개의 사전 제작 단열 벽판을 연결함과 동시에, 이 2개의 사전 제작 단열 벽판과 마주보는 2개의 사전 제작 단열 벽판을 연결하여, 마주보는 사전 제작 단열 벽판 사이에 벽체 타설 통로를 남겨두고, 사전 제작 단열 바닥판을 설치부재를 통해 다시 상응하는 사전 제작 단열 벽판과 조립 연결하여, 바닥판 타설 통로를 남겨둠으로써, 사전 제작 단열 벽판, 사전 제작 단열 바닥판과 벽체로 일체형 구조를 형성하며, 분리가 필요 없어 시공 시간이 절약됨과 동시에, 강도가 높고, 수명이 길며, 쉽게 균열되거나 탈락되지 않고, 벽체의 보온 안정성이 높으며, 또한 벽체가 경량화된다.
