The invention discloses a large-volume anti-radiation concrete homogeneous pouring method. The method comprises the steps that S01, a plurality of discharging ports are uniformly formed in a reinforced mesh formed through concrete pouring; S02, concrete pumping tubes are inserted into the discharging ports for concrete raw material delivery; S03, in the concrete raw material delivery process in S02, layered pouring is adopted, and when layered pouring is carried out, concrete raw materials injected into the discharging ports are subjected to layered vibrating through vibrating bars; S04, afterinitial setting of the concrete obtained after layered vibrating in S03, the concrete is vibrated again through the vibrating bars to form a concrete structure body; and S05, the concrete structure body formed in S04 is compacted through a slap plate, leveled through a long ruler, rolled through a roller and ground through a wooden wedge. The dry density parameter of the concrete structure body poured through the method can finally be larger than or equal to 2350 kg/m<3>, the performance is high, and the concrete structure body is compact in internal structure and has a good anti-proton-ray-radiation function.
本发明公开一种大体积防辐射混凝土匀质性浇筑方法,包括S01在混凝土浇筑的钢筋网上均匀开设若干下料口;S02将混凝土泵送管插入到下料口中,进行混凝土原料投放;S03在进行步骤S02所述的混凝土原料投放过程中,采用分层浇筑,在分层浇筑时,采用振捣棒对注入到下料口中的混凝土原料进行分层振捣;S04经过步骤S03的分层振捣后的混凝土,待其初凝后,采用振捣棒进行再次振捣,形成混凝土结构体;S05经过步骤S04形成的混凝土结构体采用拍板压实、长尺刮平、滚筒碾压和木楔打磨处理。本发明浇筑而成的混凝土结构体最终可实现其干密度参数≥2350kg/m3高性能,其内部结构密实,具有良好的抗质子射线辐射功能。
