The invention provides an anti-seismic reinforcing method for a frame structure building. The anti-seismic reinforcing method comprises the steps that the floor lateral displacement unevenness coefficient and the structural performance of the frame structure building are evaluated to obtain an evaluation result; according to the evaluation result, the setting positions and the setting number of ridge strengthening units on the frame structure building are determined, and a construction drawing is drawn; and the ridge strengthening units are arranged on the frame structure building according tothe construction drawing to complete the steps of seismic strengthening and the like of the frame structure building. Lateral deformation of the frame structure building can be effectively controlledby arranging the ridge strengthening units, weak layers of the structure are effectively avoided, an expected damage mechanism can be achieved, and meanwhile the ridge strengthening units are flexible in plane layout, convenient and fast to construct and easy to apply and popularize.
本发明提供一种框架结构建筑抗震加固方法,包括对框架结构建筑的楼层侧向位移不均系数和结构性能进行评定获得评定结果;根据所述评定结果确定强脊单元在所述框架结构建筑上的设置位置和设置数量,并绘制施工图;根据所述施工图在所述框架结构建筑上设置所述强脊单元,完成对框架结构建筑的抗震加固等步骤。通过设置强脊单元可有效控制框架结构建筑的侧向变形,有效避免结构出现薄弱层,能够实现预期破坏机制,同时强脊单元具有平面布局灵活、施工便捷,易于推广应用。
