The invention discloses a high-rise building fire refuge safety room. The high-rise building fire refuge safety room comprises a room body composed of a ground wall, a top wall and a plurality of sidewalls, wherein the side walls are provided with fireproof doors and fireproof windows, one corner of the room body is provided with an isolation space through a partition wall in a surrounding mode,a water delivery pipeline is arranged in the isolation space, at least two ventilation pipelines are further arranged in the isolation space, one of the two ventilation pipelines communicates with thetop of a high-rise building, the other of the two ventilation pipelines communicates with the bottom of the high-rise building, valves communicating with the isolation space are arranged on the ventilation pipelines, and communication ports for allowing the valves to be opened are formed in the partition wall. According to the high-rise building fire refuge safety room, the most basic living environment is maintained through the ventilation pipelines when a fire occurs, so that the situation that suffocation is caused due to smoke is avoided; and the ventilation pipes can be directly arrangedwhen a developer performs building construction, the cost is almost not increased relative to the overall building, so that households can obtain the most basic survival condition during the fire without doing any configuration and maintenance.
