The invention discloses a full-digital decorative ceramic polished brick with a formaldehyde degradation function and a production method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: a) preparing a ceramic polished brick blank base material and face material according to a conventional method; b) preparing a composite photocatalytic functional material for later use; c) performing distribution by adopting a high-precision digital colorful distributing system and a distributing process; d) pressing and forming a ceramic polished brick blank; e, adopting symbolic marking equipment to carry out symbolic marking on the texture of the ceramic polished tile blank; f) drying the blank; g) carrying out symbolic marking identification on the dried ceramic polished tile blank by the equipment for identifying symbolic marks so as to identify the texture of the ceramic polished brick blank; h) spraying permeable ink; i) performing drying again; j) performing firing; k) performing edging;and l) performing coating of the composite photocatalytic functional material to prepare the full-digital decorative ceramic polished brick with the formaldehyde degradation function. Perfect connection between the surface texture of the blank and the whole distribution texture is realized, the nano g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 composite photocatalytic material is innovatively applied, and the ceramic polished tile is endowed with the excellent formaldehyde degradation function.
