Foamed ceramic insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a foamed ceramic insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1, drying ceramic waste residues, and grinding in a ball mill to form waste residue micro-powder; 2, drying furnace slag, and grinding the furnace slag in the ball mill to form furnace slag micro-powder; 3, putting the ceramic waste residue micro-powder, the furnaceslag micro-powder, cement and a modifier thereof into a dry powder mixer according to a ratio, and mixing; 4, pouring the obtained mixture and water into a slurry stirrer, and stirring; 5, pouring afoaming agent into the slurry stirrer, stirring, injecting the obtained slurry into a mold, foaming in a drying room, and maintaining to obtain the foamed ceramic insulation material; and 6, cutting and processing to obtain the required product. Industrial wastes such as ceramic waste residues and furnace slag generated by the ceramic kiln are fully utilized, and the wastes are greatly consumed, so that the wastes are prevented from polluting the water and soil environment; and the foamed ceramic thermal insulation material can be prepared in the drying room at 30-60 DEG C, so that the energyconsumption is reduced, and the production cost of enterprises is reduced.
