Method for using machine-made sandstone powder and lime composite building waste mud as road filler
The invention relates to a method for using machine-made sandstone powder and lime composite building waste mud as a road filler. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dehydrating and solidifying the building waste mud; 2) obtaining machine-made sandstone powder; 3) preparing quicklime powder and slaked lime powder; (4) uniformly mixing the quicklime powder and the machine-made sandstone powder, mixing the cured construction waste slurry with the quicklime powder and the machine-made sandstone powder through double-helix reverse equipment to form composite slurry soil, and covering thecomposite slurry soil in a plant mixing plant; 5) mixing the composite mud soil with slaked lime powder by using a granule mixer to form machine-made sandstone powder and lime composite building wastemud composite soil; and 6) transporting the composite soil to a road filling site, paving the composite soil by a pavement paver, and rolling and compacting the composite soil by a compacting machine. The waste building mud can be reused, and waste is turned into wealth; meanwhile, the machine-made sandstone is easy to obtain, the additional value is increased, and the technical, livelihood and environmental protection problems are solved.
本发明涉及用机制砂石粉、石灰复合建筑废弃泥浆作道路填料的方法,包括如下步骤:1),将建筑废弃泥浆进行脱水固结处置;2),获取机制砂石粉;3),制作生石灰粉和熟石灰粉;4),将生石灰粉与机制砂石粉拌和均匀,将固化后的建筑废弃泥浆与生石灰粉、机制砂石粉通过双螺旋反向设备进行拌和,形成复合泥浆土,并在厂拌工厂内闷料;5),复合泥浆土利用粒料拌合机与熟石灰粉拌和,形成机制砂石粉、石灰复合建筑废弃泥浆复合土;6),将复合土运输至道路填筑现场,由路面摊铺机进行铺筑,采用压实机具碾压密实。本发明能够将废弃建筑泥浆重新利用,变废为宝;同时,机制砂易于取得,提高附加值,解决了技术、民生与环保问题。
