Concrete doped with high-performance machine-made sandstone powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses concrete doped with high-performance machine-made sandstone powder and a preparation method of the concrete. The concrete is prepared from water, cement, the high-performance machine-made sandstone powder, coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, and the high-performance machine-made sandstone powder is prepared through the following steps that the machine-made sandstone powder is ground to obtain small-particle-size stone powder with the surface area smaller than or equal to 380 m < 2 >/kg and the particle size smaller than or equal to 5 microns; carrying out thermogravimetric analysis on the small-particle-size stone powder, and then determining the calcination temperature; and calcining the small-particle-size stone powder at the calcining temperature to prepare the high-performance machine-made sandstone powder. The high-performance machine-made sandstone powder obtained by grinding and calcining the machine-made sandstone powder is used as a mineral admixture of the concrete, so that the consumption of cement, fly ash and slag powder is reduced, the mechanical property of the concrete is further improved, the contractility of the concrete is reduced, and the cracking risk is reduced; and the method plays an important role in improving the durability of a concrete structure.
