Super-soft carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex for buildings and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses super-soft carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex for buildings and a preparation method thereof. The super-soft carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex for the building is prepared from the following raw materials: styrene, butadiene, butyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, a functional monomer, an auxiliary monomer, a cross-linking agent, a compound emulsifier and soft water. The functional monomer is one or a mixture of two of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and itaconic acid; the auxiliary monomer is one or a mixture of two of acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile; the cross-linking agent is one or a mixture of two of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, N-hydroxymethyl-1-butene amide and an N-alkoxy methyl acrylamide compound. The super-soft carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex for buildingshas the advantages of low glass transition temperature, good flexibility, high bonding strength, good water resistance and good compatibility with cement fillers.
