Modified carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides modified carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation raw materials of the modified carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex comprise the following components: a main monomer, a functional monomer, silane coupling agent modified wood fibers, an initiator, an emulsifier and a reaction solvent, wherein the main monomers comprise styrene and butadiene; wherein the functional monomer is prepared from acrylonitrile, methacrylic acid, beta-hydroxypropyl methacrylate and N-carboxymethoxymethacrylamide. The modified carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex has excellent mechanical properties, water resistance, cracking resistance, freezing and thawing resistance, cement compatibility and excellent adhesive force, and when the modified carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex is used for polymer cement waterproof mortar, a higher liquid-powder ratio and long-time thick batch or spraying construction can be realized.
本发明提供了一种改性羧基丁苯胶乳及其制备方法和应用。所述改性羧基丁苯胶乳的制备原料包括以下组分:主单体、功能单体、硅烷偶联剂改性的木质纤维、引发剂、乳化剂和反应溶剂;其中,所述主单体包括苯乙烯和丁二烯;其中,所述功能单体包括丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸‑β‑羟丙酯和N‑羧甲氧甲基丙烯酰胺。本发明所述改性羧基丁苯胶乳表现出优异的力学性能、耐水性、抗开裂性、抗冻融性能、水泥相容性和极佳的附着力,当用于聚合物水泥防水砂浆时,可以实现更高的液粉比和长时间的厚批或喷涂施工。
