The invention discloses a double-layer viaduct coupling a three-layer road and a three-dimensional intersection. The double-layer viaduct is symmetrically arranged on a crossroad serving as a first-layer structure and comprise a second-layer viaduct body and a third-layer viaduct body, the second-layer viaduct body is arranged on the first-layer structure from south to north, the third-layer viaduct body is arranged on the second-layer viaduct body from north to south, and the third-layer viaduct body reaches the second-layer viaduct body through an annular layer road; and vehicles on the upper bridge reach the annular layer-changing road through the corresponding ramp on the upper bridge from each entrance of the crossroad, and vehicles on the lower bridge reach each exit of the crossroadthrough the corresponding ramp on the lower bridge from the annular layer-changing road. According to the invention, the traffic flow can be separated, so that the road traffic saturation can be reduced, and the congestion phenomenon is reduced.
