The invention discloses a waste asphalt recycling system. The waste asphalt recycling system comprises a stirring device and a dust removal structure, and the stirring device comprises a stirring barrel and a recycling cover; a recycling cover is fixedly arranged on the outer circumference of the stirring barrel in a covering manner; a stirring motor is mounted on the bottom surface of the stirring barrel; and a dust removal structure is installed at a smoke outlet in the top end of the stirring barrel and comprises a dust removal box, a fan and an air box, the bottom end of the dust removal box is connected to the smoke outlet in the top end of the stirring barrel in a penetrating mode, a drawer is installed on the end face of one side in the dust removal box, the fan is connected to thetop face of the dust removal box in a penetrating mode, and the outlet end of the fan is connected with the air box. According to the asphalt recycling and stirring device, smoke dust generated in asphalt recycling and stirring can be filtered; and meanwhile, heat is recycled, pollution to the environment is reduced, and the heat utilization rate is increased.
