The invention discloses road surface maintenance equipment capable of cleaning road edges, which comprises a mounting shell, wherein a connecting piece is arranged on the right end surface of the mounting shell; the mounting shell is hung on a vehicle head through the connecting piece; a first mounting cavity with a forward opening is formed in the front side of the mounting shell; a fan is mounted in the first mounting cavity; and an air blowing cylinder is arranged on the front side of the fan. According to the invention, an air blowing mechanism, a detection mechanism and a flushing mechanism are arranged in the equipment, the air blowing mechanism removes dust on the road surface, the detection mechanism automatically detects whether there is solidified soil or not on the road surface,and when there is solidified soil on the road surface, the flushing mechanism is started to flush the soil, so that the road surface is cleaned more thoroughly, the traditional method that an iron shovel is used for shoveling the soil is avoided, and the road surface is well protected.
