Pile and wall combination method for manual hole digging
The invention discloses a pile and wall combination method for manual hole digging. The method comprises the following specific steps that firstly, multiple mechanical hole forming filling piles are arranged around a foundation pit; then, a manual hole digging pile protection wall is arranged between any two adjacent mechanical hole forming filling piles, and construction of manual hole digging isachieved; a T-shaped reinforcement cage is lifted into each manual dug hole with construction already finished, concrete is poured through guide pipes, and a manual hole digging T-shaped pile is formed; the next manual hole digging T-shaped pile continues to be constructed beside the manual hole digging T-shaped pile with construction already finished till a circle of underground structure liningwall is formed around the foundation pit; then, the foundation pit is excavated in the underground structure lining wall; and after excavation of the foundation pit is finished, the manual hole digging T-shaped piles are connected with a horizontally-arranged lower-layer plate and upper-layer plate, and a reliable force bearing system is formed. By means of application of the pile and wall combination method, the method can adapt to the situation that the underground water levels are deep in northwest drought districts, and a foundation pit support structure further has the advantages that the structure is simple, construction is convenient and safe, and force transmission is reliable.
本发明公开了人工挖孔的桩墙合一施工方法,具体步骤如下:首先,在基坑周围设置若干机械成孔灌注桩;然后,在任意两个相邻的机械成孔灌注桩之间,设置人工挖孔桩护壁,并施工人工挖孔;在已施工完成的每一人工挖孔内吊放T型钢筋笼,并通过导管浇筑混凝土形成人工挖孔T型桩;在已施工完成的人工挖孔T型桩旁继续施工下一个人工挖孔T型桩,直至在基坑周边形成一圈地下结构内衬墙;然后,在地下结构内衬墙内挖掘基坑;当基坑挖掘完成后,将人工挖孔T型桩与水平设置的下层板和上层板连接,形成可靠的受力体系。本发明的应用能够适应西北干旱地区地下水位较深的情况,且基坑支护结构还具有构造简单、施工方便且安全、传力可靠等优点。
