The invention provides a construction method of a manual hole digging pile and the manual hole digging pile. The construction method comprises the steps of digging a pile hole section; installing a reinforcing mesh: the reinforcing mesh is installed along the inner wall of the pile hole section, a plurality of first reinforcing bar sections extending upwards are arranged at the upper end of the reinforcing mesh, and a plurality of second reinforcing bar sections extending downwards are arranged at the lower end of the reinforcing mesh; welding the reinforcing meshes of two adjacent pile hole sections: the first reinforcing mesh sections of the reinforcing mesh in the pile hole section are welded with second reinforcing mesh sections of a reinforcing mesh in an adjacent previous pile hole section; installing a pile casing: the pile casing is installed in the pile hole section, a concrete pouring area is formed between the pile casing and the inner wall of the pile hole section, and thereinforcing mesh is located in the concrete pouring area; pouring concrete: the concrete is poured into the concrete pouring area to form a reinforced concrete retaining wall; and excavating a next pile hole section: the pile casing is detached, and the next pile hole section is evacuated. By means of the construction method, the stability of connection between retaining walls of every two adjacent pile hole sections can be effectively improved.
