The invention discloses an anti-streaming pound-sign-shaped combined steel plate connection joint for an underground diaphragm wall and a construction method. The connection joint comprises a pound-sign-shaped combined steel plate, an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage of a unit slot section, concrete at the pound-sign-shaped combined steel plate connection joint, and underground diaphragm wall concrete of the unit slot section, wherein the pound-sign-shaped combined steel plate comprises two horizontal steel plates, two vertical main steel plates and two vertical auxiliary steel plates or equal angle steel which form a pound-sign shape through splicing and welding, and a plurality of pores are formed in the center of each of the two horizontal steel plates; and mesh enclosuresare fixed on two end sides of each of the two vertical auxiliary steel plates or the equal angle steel, and the stretching width of each mesh enclosure is larger than the short-edge width of each inner hole of the pound-sign shape. The connection joint and the construction method disclosed by the invention solve a streaming problem generated by concrete pouring at the unit slot section of the underground diaphragm and realize rigid connection of underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cages of adjacent unit slot sections; traditional devices such as locking pipes do not need to be disposed, so on-site construction operations are easy; the construction cost is relatively low; and values in promotion and application are high.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙防绕流的井字形组合式钢板连接接头及施工方法,包括井字形组合式钢板、单元槽段地下连续墙钢筋笼、井字形组合式钢板连接接头处混凝土、单元槽段的地下连续墙混凝土,井字形组合式钢板包括2个横向钢板、2个竖向主钢板以及2个竖向副钢板或等边角钢拼装焊接成井字形,2个横向钢板中间部位设置若干个孔眼;2个竖向副钢板或等边角钢的两个端侧固定有网罩,网罩伸展宽度大于井字形的内孔短边宽度。本发明解决了地下连续墙单元槽段混凝土浇筑产生的绕流问题,并实现了相邻单元槽段的地下连续墙钢筋笼刚性连接,不用设置锁口管等传统的装置,便于现场施工操作,造价相对低廉,具推广应用价值。
