The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and discloses an underground diaphragm wall joint construction method which comprises the following steps: prefabricating a plurality of underground diaphragm wall sections and excavating groove sections; slurry is injected into the groove sections, then the multiple underground diaphragm wall sections are lowered into the groove sections at intervals, and a cavity is formed between every two adjacent underground diaphragm wall sections; concrete is poured into the cavity, and curing is carried out; and a foundation pit is excavated on one side of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall section, and in the foundation pit excavation process, concrete in a cavity close to one side of the foundation pit is chiseled to form a groove. According to the underground diaphragm wall joint construction method, the requirement for construction precision is low, and the construction difficulty is low; and the embedded columns can enhance the connection strength between the adjacent underground diaphragm wall sections, resist the soil pressure on the opposite side of the foundation pit, improve the shear capacity of the underground diaphragm wall and protect the underground diaphragm wall from being damaged.
