The invention discloses a circulation water filtering and purifying hand washing basin. A basin body, a purification mechanism and a steel structure support are included. The steel structure support is arranged on one side of the cabinet body, and the purification mechanism is arranged on one side of the steel structure support. Under the situation that usage of tap water is limited, a water collecting box is used for storing water, a water suction pump is used for suction so that water flow can be provided for a faucet, water obtained after usage flows into the water collecting box again through a water discharging pipe of the hand washing basin, the water is cyclically and repeatedly used, and accordingly the purpose of efficient and sufficient utilization of the water resource is achieved. Meanwhile, efficient running of the whole equipment can be effectively guaranteed, and impurities in water are deposited through the height difference of a plurality of partition plates in the water collecting box; meanwhile, through cooperation of a filter cotton net and an activated carbon layer, it is guaranteed that sucked water is a clean water source, blockage of a front filter is prevented, and before water flow usage, water flow is more finely filtered through mutual cooperation of the front filter and a pipeline type water purifier, and accordingly the quality of circulating wateris guaranteed.
