The invention relates to a fabricated building bottom layer combined floor and a connecting method thereof. The fabricated building bottom layer combined floor and the connecting method thereof aim atsolving the problems that heat insulation and sound insulation of an existing fabricated building bottom layer combined floor are poor. The fabricated building bottom layer combined floor comprises force bearing steel frames, reinforcing plates, sound insulating plates, heat insulating plates and decorative plates, wherein the force bearing steel frames, the reinforcing plates, the sound insulating plates, the heat insulating plates and the decorative plates are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Supporting columns comprise reinforced concrete piers, and four connecting columns are evenly distributed in the centers of the reinforced concrete piers. Connecting rings are arranged at the positions of the four corners of the bottom faces of the force bearing steel frames, the connecting rings are matched with the connecting columns, and the floor is fixed to the supporting columns through the connecting rings and the connecting columns.
