Shielding protection construction process for high-performance cement base material
The invention discloses a shielding protection construction process for a high-performance cement base material. The shielding protection construction process comprises the following steps: 1, performing functional mortar layer construction preparation, and moving away engineering interior equipment; 2, pretreating a surface according to the sequence of side walls, a top surface and ground; 3, uniformly coating interface mortar which is 2mm thick on the surface according to the sequence of the side walls, the top surface and the ground, and plastering a functional mortar layer after the concrete surface is slightly plastered and pressed; and 4, adopting a layered plastering way during plastering, enabling a first-layer construction thickness to be 5mm, performing second-layer constructionwith a thickness of 5mm after curing for 7 days, and continuously curing for 7 days. Compared with a common functional cement base material, a composite material formed by combining the cement base material with shielding fabric is better in shielding efficiency in a wide-frequency band.
本发明公开了一种高性能水泥基材料的屏蔽防护施工工艺。本发明按如下步骤进行:1.功能砂浆层施工准备,进行工程内部设备搬离;2.按照侧墙、顶面和地面的顺序对表面进行预处理,3.按照侧墙、顶面和地面的顺序在表面均匀涂抹2mm厚的界面砂浆,待表面略微收浆后进行功能砂浆层抹灰;4.抹灰时,采用分层抹灰的方式,第一层施工厚度为5mm,养护7d后,进行第二层的施工,厚度为5mm,继续养护7d。本发明相比于普通功能性水泥基材料,提出水泥基材料结合屏蔽织物构成的复合材料,在宽频段内的屏蔽效能更好。
