The invention a prefabricated type concrete grouting sleeve air extracting system and a construction method thereof. The air extracting system comprises a grouting sleeve, an upper sealing plug, a lower sealing plug, a slurry outlet pipe body, an air extracting pump, a slurry inlet pipe body and a grouting connecting pipe, wherein the grouting sleeve is provided with upper and lower openings, theupper sealing plug and the lower sealing plug are connected to the upper and lower openings of the grouting sleeve respectively, the slurry outlet pipe body is vertically connected to the upper part of the grouting sleeve in the vertical direction, the air extracting pump is connected onto the slurry outlet pipe body, the slurry inlet pipe body is vertically connected to the lower part of the grouting sleeve in the vertical direction, and the grouting connecting pipe is connected with the input end of the slurry inlet pipe body. By means of the air extracting pump and an air extracting pipe, the grouting sleeve is subjected to air extracting before grouting and enabled to be in a low-pressure vacuum state, and grouting fullness of the grouting sleeve during grouting can be greatly guaranteed; besides, change of air pressure of an injected grouting material can be monitored and controlled in real time in a grouting process, and fullness control during injection of the grouting materialis facilitated; by means of filter parts, effective air extraction of the grouting material is guaranteed, and the grouting material is prevented from being sucked into the air extracting pump; and bymeans of air extracting connecting pipes, air extracting pipe bodies can be connected by splicing.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土灌浆套筒抽气系统及其施工方法，抽气系统包含上下开口的灌浆套筒、分别连接于灌浆套筒上下开口的上密封塞和下密封塞、垂直连接于灌浆套筒竖向上部的出浆管体、连接于出浆管体上的抽气泵、垂直连接于灌浆套筒竖向下部的入浆管体以及连接于入浆管体输入端的注浆连管。本发明通过抽气泵和抽气管的设置，将灌浆套筒在注浆前抽气使其处于低压和真空状态，可极大的保证灌浆套筒在注浆时的注浆饱满度；且在注浆过程中，可实时监测和控制注入灌浆料中气压的变化，利于其注入时的饱满度控制；通过过滤件的设置，保证灌浆料的有效抽气和避免灌浆料吸入抽气泵中；加之抽气连接管的设置，可使得抽气管体进行拼装连接。
