The invention relates to a rotary stage mechanism. The rotary stage mechanism comprises a central block, a first underframe, a driving assembly, two first splicing assemblies, two second splicing assemblies, a first supporting combination, a second supporting combination, a third supporting combination and a friction driving assembly; the first underframe is arranged below the central block; the two first splicing assemblies are symmetric and are detachably arranged on the left side and the right side of the central block; and the two second splicing assemblies are symmetric and are detachablyarranged on the outer sides of the two first splicing assemblies respectively. The rotary stage mechanism has a spliced structure, can be disassembled according to sites, and is flexible and convenient to use; the application range is expanded; requirements of performance are met fully; and disassembling, assembling and transportation are facilitated.
