The invention discloses a tower crane device for constructing a concrete tower drum. The tower crane device comprises a tower crane foundation, a tower crane body and a holding arm structure, whereinthe tower crane foundation is constructed on the ground, the tower crane body comprises a longitudinal truss and a horizontal truss, the longitudinal truss is fixed on the tower crane foundation in the vertical direction, and the horizontal truss is arranged in the horizontal direction and connected onto the longitudinal truss; the holding arm structure is arranged on the longitudinal truss and used for being connected with the concrete tower drum, and comprises four holding rods which are distributed in an M shape. According to the tower crane device for constructing the concrete tower drum in the embodiment of the invention, the four holding rods which are distributed in an M shape are connected between the tower crane device and the concrete tower drum, so that the supporting effect ofthe concrete tower drum on the tower crane body is guaranteed, and the tower crane body is better prevented from rolling over.
