A containing space is formed between the two prefabricated wall plates, the containing spaces of the multiple prefabricated concrete formworks communicate with one another, all the containing spaces are filled with concrete, and the concrete in all the containing spaces is solidified and connected into a whole. A connecting component is arranged between any two adjacent prefabricated concrete formworks, the connecting components are located in the two adjacent containing spaces at the same time, and the connecting components are poured in the concrete. According to the tower drum section, the prefabricated concrete formwork product is utilized, the prefabricated wallboard and the cast-in-place concrete are fully combined, the stress continuity of the tower drum section is guaranteed, and the structure of the tower drum section is safer and more reliable.
