The invention discloses gypsum-based self-leveling mortar dry powder composed of gold tailing sand. The gypsum-based self-leveling mortar dry powder is characterized by comprising, by weight, 400 to 500 parts of gold tailing sand, 40 to 60 parts of 425 cement, 450 to 550 parts of alpha-high-strength gypsum, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of a defoaming agent, 2.5 to 3.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 7.0 to 9.0 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1.0 to 2.0 parts of a retarder and 1.5 to 2.5 parts of cellulose ether. The dry powder forms wet mortar, and the weight parts of the gypsum-based self-levelingmortar dry powder and the water are required to be 900-1100 parts and 260-280 parts respectively. Gypsum-based self-leveling mortar formed by the gold tailing sand disclosed by the invention meets various requirements in the standard JC/T 1023-2007 Gypsum-Based Self-Leveling Mortar Standard; the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by stacking and backfilling of the gold tailing sand are solved, the gold tailing sand is fully utilized, waste is turned into wealth, the beneficial effect is remarkable, and the dry powder is suitable for application and popularization.
本发明的黄金尾矿砂构成的石膏基自流平砂浆干粉,其特征在于,由以下组分按照重量份数组成:黄金尾矿砂400~500份,425水泥40~60份,α‑高强石膏450~550份,消泡剂1.5~2.5份,减水剂2.5~3.5份,可再分散乳胶粉7.0~9.0份,缓凝剂1.0~2.0份,纤维素醚1.5~2.5份。干粉构成湿砂浆,要求石膏基自流平砂浆干粉、水的重量份数分别为900~1100份、260~280份。本发明的黄金尾矿砂所形成的石膏基自流平砂浆满足标准JC/T 1023‑2007《石膏基自流平砂浆》标准中的各项要求,解决了黄金尾矿砂堆放、回填所造成的环境污染和资源浪费问题,实现了对黄金尾矿砂的充分利用,可谓是变废为宝,有益效果显著,适于应用推广。
